What if I cannot remember the answers to my security questions?
You will have several opportunities to correctly answer a security question. If you cannot remember an answer:
Choose to answer a different question. A maximum of three different security questions may be presented within a session. If you are unable to provide a correct answer to any of your security questions, your account will be locked and we will send an email to the address on file with instructions to unlock it. Call our Customer Care team at 1-800-695-3988 (TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788). While Customer Care cannot give you the answers to your security questions, we will try and help you access or re-register your account.
You may choose to register your personal device to better protect you from fraud and to speed up the sign in process the next time you visit. We do not recommend that you register your account information on any device that is public or shared.
