How do I set my Virgin America Visa as my default payment method in Apple Pay?

    Apple Pay is accepted at many of the store locations you already enjoy, and new places are being added regularly. You can also use Apple Pay in a growing number of apps, and on participating websites using Safari on your Mac, iPhone or iPad.   • How do I add my Virgin America Visa to my Apple Pay wallet?

    You can easily add your to Apple Pay by following these four steps:

    Step 1: Open the Wallet app and tap the "+" sign to the right of the Apple Pay logo.
    Step 2: Follow the steps provided to add a new card, and tap Next.
    Step 3: We will verify your information to decide if it can be added to Apple Pay. (NOTE: You may be asked for additional information or to contact Customer Care to verify your card as an added security measure.)
    Step 4: After your card has been verified, tap Next. You can now use Apple Pay.

    To use Apple Pay with Safari on a Mac model without built-in Touch ID, select Apple Settings > Wallet & Apple Pay, and turn on Allow Payments on Mac.

    Remember to add your card to any device that you want to use with Apple Pay. Visit Apple support to see a list of compatible devices.

    When you view your card in Wallet, you'll automatically see the last transaction for your Virgin America Visa. You can also view the last ten transactions for your card. Tap the card, then the information icon, and then the Transactions tab. You can also view and search all of your transactions on Account Center, including those made with Apple Pay.

    Apple Pay is safer than using a traditional credit or debit card. Every transaction on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac requires you to authenticate using Touch ID or your passcode and your Apple Watch requires your passcode every time you put it on. Your card number is never stored on your device or Apple's servers, and when you pay, your actual card number and identity are never shared with the merchant. Additionally, Apple Pay only retains anonymous transaction information and it cannot be tied back to you.

  • What should I do if my credit card is lost or stolen?

    Call Customer Care immediately at 1-866-772-5275 (TDD/TTY: 1-888-819-1918). You may also find the Customer Care phone number within the Contact Comenity or Comenity Capital Bank feature, which you can access by clicking the information icon in Apple Pay.

  • What should I do if my Apple device is lost or stolen – with Apple Pay active on it?

    Use the Find my iPhone app or visit iCloud to suspend or remove the ability to pay with Apple Pay from that device. Or contact Customer Care at 1-866-772-5275 (TDD/TTY: 1-888-819-1918) to assist you.

  • If I receive a replacement card, do I need to update my card information in Apple Pay?

    No. Once the new card is activated your card information will be updated in Apple Pay.
