Please note that federal law requires all billing disputes to be in writing. If you need to dispute a charge, your Customer Care representative will be able to give you more information. Any billing disputes will need to be filed by you, the primary accountholder, and will be resolved according to the terms described in the Credit Card Account Agreement.
