  • Can I still use my card?

    Your account will no longer be accepted as a form of payment as of August 31, 2020. Your account will be closed on October 30, 2020. We will continue to serve you and service your account until your balance is paid in full.

    If you are enrolled in the Account Assure protection, your coverage will continue until you request it to be canceled, or until your balance is paid in full. Please refer to the Account Assure terms and conditions for all benefit details and exclusions.

  • Can I still redeem rewards?

    As of May 22, 2020, My Pier 1 Rewards cardholders may no longer earn points for purchases and no new certificates will be issued. All credit card benefits and offers have been discontinued. Previously issued reward certificates are no longer valid.

  • What will happen to my credit card benefits?

    Due to the Pier 1 bankruptcy proceedings the My Pier 1 Rewards Credit Card program will be discontinued. Any My Pier 1 Rewards Credit Card rewards, benefits or other offers will no longer be issued or earned.

  • Will returns be accepted in store?

    All sales are final on merchandise purchased during Pier 1's going out of business sale. Returns will be accepted on merchandise purchased prior to our going out of business sale at each store for 30 days after each store reopens.

  • How can I pay my bill?

    You can pay your bill using the following methods:

  • Can I set up Automatic Payments?

    Yes. Sign in or register, then to set up:

    • Select: Set Up Automatic Payments
    • Follow: Enrollment Instructions
  • What should I do with my Pier 1 Credit Card?

    Protect your credit and prevent identity theft by destroying your My Pier 1 Rewards Credit Card, including any card(s) issued to an authorized buyer.

  • How will the account closing impact my credit bureau report?

    Due to the program ending, your account will be closed. The credit reporting agencies may be able to answer how your credit bureau report will be impacted by this closure. Here is their contact information for your convenience.
