The Overton's Reward Program (the "Program") is provided by Gander Mountain Company, (“Gander Mountain, or “GMTN”) which is solely responsible for the Program operation. GMTN may change the Program or these Terms and Conditions or discontinue the Program or any aspect of it, including cancelling outstanding Reward Certificates or accrued Reward Points at any time, without any notice. Changes to the Program will be posted at http://www.gandermountain.com/customer-service/about-us/credit-card.shtml. The Program is available only to GMTN MasterCard account holders. The GMTN MasterCard is issued by Comenity Bank pursuant to a license from MasterCard International Incorporated. MasterCard is a registered trademark of MasterCard International Incorporated.
Reward Points and Reward Certificates:
Under the Program, GMTN MasterCard account holders earn Reward Points on Purchases (defined below), as follows:
• 3 Reward Points per dollar on all GMTN/Overton's Purchases
• 2 Bonus Reward Points per dollar on all GMTN/Overton's Purchases during a calendar year when total Purchases (anywhere) during that calendar year are more than $10,000
• 2 Reward Points per dollar on Gas Purchases up to $500 in any calendar month and 1 reward Point per dollar on additional Gas Purchases.
• 2 Reward Points per dollar on Grocery Purchases
• 1 Reward Point per dollar on all other Purchases
A “Purchase” is a purchase of goods or services made using the GMTN MasterCard or Overton's MasterCard (subject to credit approval). A “GMTN Purchase” is a Purchase made at or through Gander Mountain stores, Overton’catalogs, or GMTN or Overton’s websites. A “Gas Purchase” is a Purchase that MasterCard rules designate as “gas”or “fuel.” A “Grocery Purchase” is a Purchase that MasterCard rules designate as “groceries”.
A $20 Reward Certificate will be issued for every 2,000 reward points earned using the GMTN MasterCard or Overton's MasterCard.
Reward Points : Reward Points on GMTN Purchases are calculated on the amount purchased, net of returns, cancellations, taxes, discounts and credits. Reward Points activity is detailed on the cardholder’s monthly billing statement.
Reward Certificates : Reward Certificates earned will be issued with the cardholder’s monthly billing statement. Reward Certificates expire and are no longer valid 12 months after the date of issuance.
Reward Certificates will not be issued unless the GMTN MasterCard or Overton's MasterCard credit card account is open and in good standing. For questions about your account or Reward Points calculation, please contact Comenity Bank at 1-800-695-1219 (TDD/TTY 1-800-695-1788)
No Reward Certificates will be issued after the Program terminates.
Lost or stolen Reward Certificates will not be replaced.
Reward Certificates may not be sold, bartered, or transferred.
Reward Certificate Redemption :
Reward Certificates are redeemable only for merchandise purchased at or through Gander Mountain’s stores, Overton’s catalogs or GMTN or Overton’s websites. Reward Certificates cannot be credited to an account, redeemed for cash, applied to past purchases, applied to taxes, or used to purchase Gift Cards. Reward Certificates can be combined with other valid Reward Certificates.
When redeemed for a purchase in a Gander Mountain store, the Reward Certificate must be surrendered at the time it is redeemed. The Code printed on the Reward Certificate must be used when redeeming it online at GMTN or Overton’s or through a Overton’s catalog.
If a store, call center, or website is temporarily unable to process a Reward Certificate redemption, please call GMTN Customer Service at 888-542-6337. New websites, mobile sites and applications may not have the ability to process Reward Certificate redemptions.
All refunds for merchandise purchased with a Reward Certificate will be made by issuing a Store Credit for the amount refunded.
