Your mymaurices account may have moved!

On 12/28/16 the Maurices Credit Card program moved to Capital One Bank. Cardmembers who were eligible for transfer to Capital One can access your existing mymaurices VIP Credit Card account at the new site:

Cardmembers ineligible for the transfer to Capital One® N.A. Bank will still be required to pay any existing balance on this account, according to the terms of your credit card agreement. Payments can be made online via Account Center, by mail or by contacting Customer Care at 1-855-408-1658, TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788.

Existing cardmember Billing and Repayment

Existing cardmembers will receive additional information about what this change means for your account or you can visit www.capitalone.com/maurices for more information.

Cardholders ineligible for the transfer to Capital One®, N.A. are still required to pay any existing balance on this account, according to the terms of your Credit Card Agreement.You will continue to receive monthly billing statements from Comenity with directions on how to pay your bill until the balance is paid in full.

In-store payments will not be accepted for ineligible accounts. Available payment options are:

  • Mail in payments to Comenity Bank PO Box 659705 San Antonio, TX 78265
  • Online payments by signing in to Account Center with your username and password
  • Phone payments by calling Customer Care at 1-855-408-1658, TDD/TTY 1-800-695-1788.

Please destroy all credit cards issued for this account, including authorized buyer cards.
