  • What are automatic payments?
    Automatic payments let you authorize an ongoing deduction from your checking account to pay your Marathon Visa® Credit Card Account on your Payment Due Date. You may schedule an automatic payment of your Minimum Due, My Balance or an Other Amount of your choice. When you do, you will receive an email reminder 10 days before the payment is withdrawn from your checking account. Then, on your Payment Due Date, your payment will be paid according to your chosen payment option---no stamps, no late payments, no worries. Go to Automatic Payments. Not signed in? Sign in now.
  • How do I schedule automatic payments?
    Visit the Payments page, Automatic Payments section to schedule automatic payment of your Minimum Due, My Balance or an Other Amount of your choice. Not signed in? Sign in now.
  • How do I change my automatic payments?
    Right now, you may not edit or change scheduled automatic payments. You can, however, cancel an existing automatic payment and schedule a new one.
  • Can I cancel automatic payments?
    Of course. Visit the Payments page, Automatic Payments section to cancel. Please note that you must request cancellation by 11:59pm ET on your Payment Due Date. Not signed in? Sign in now.
  • I don't understand the "My Balance" option. What does it include?
    My Balance will include the total of your regular revolving credit plan purchases, cash advances and past due amounts plus minimum payments due for any promotional plans. If your statement reflects no "New Balance" for a month, no automatic My Balance payment will be withdrawn.
  • I set my automatic payment for a specific amount. Why did you deduct a different amount?
    Enrollment in automatic payments enables you to pay the same amount each month, unless that amount is less than your Minimum Due, or greater than your My Balance amount. If your Other Amount is less than your Monthly Minimum Due, the automatic payment is increased to meet the Minimum Due for that month. If your Other Amount is greater than your monthly statement's New Balance, the automatic payment is decreased to meet the New Balance amount for that month.
  • I don't owe anything on my Account this month. Do you still withdraw my automatic payment?
    If your billing statement's New Balance is $0, no automatic payment is withdrawn for that month.
