Prequalification Terms & Conditions

I agree to be prequalified for credit by Comenity Capital Bank ("Bank") for a IKEA® Projekt credit card. I have read and agree to the disclosures provided on or with this prequalification. The information I am submitting is accurate. I understand that a prequalification is not a guaranty of credit and a failure to prequalify is not a denial of credit. Whether or not I am prequalified, I may submit a full application for credit at which time a full credit report will be obtained. This prequalification and any information I submit to the Bank may be shared with and retained by IKEA North America Services, LLC. I also agree that any information I submit with this prequalification may be forwarded to other creditors. I understand that any prequalification or offer of credit from such other creditors will be independent of the Bank and will include different terms and conditions than those disclosed by the Bank. The other creditors, not the Bank, will provide me with any required disclosures, and such other creditors may obtain a credit report and use it in making a credit decision.
