  • Can I continue to make purchases with my current Kay Jewelers LONG LIVE LOVE Credit Card?

    Yes! You may keep making purchases during the transition with your current card or look up your account in store. Additionally, continue to pay your bill using the same method you use today. Starting October 22nd direct payments to Comenity Bank.

    Please note, if your most recent billing statement reflects a past due amount you may not be able to use your account for new purchases on or after October 22, 2017 .

  • What will happen to my account balance on my current Kay Jewelers LONG LIVE LOVE Credit Card?
    Your balance will be automatically transferred to the new account. We will send you a billing statement that shows how much you owe. You remain responsible for any existing balance and must pay your Minimum Payment shown on your billing statement by the Payment Due Date each month.
  • Will my current Kay Jewelers account terms, rates, and fees change?
    The terms of your existing Kay Jewelers and Kay Jewelers Outlet Retail Installment Credit Agreement continue to apply until further notice. Any reference to Sterling Jewelers Inc. or Sterling is replaced by Comenity Bank as of October 20, 2017.
  • What other changes can I expect with Comenity Bank?

    As a bank, Comenity Bank is required to have different policies and measurements than Sterling does regarding the status of delinquent accounts. If your most recent billing statement reflects a past due amount you may not be able to use your account for new purchases and may notice changes to your credit report after the transition to Comenity Bank. With Comenity Bank, you will need to make the full minimum payment due, as outlined on your billing statement each month by the payment due date.

    Your statement will no longer specify the Balance Payable To Avoid Further Interest Charges. To avoid interest charges on purchases, pay your New Balance in full every billing cycle by the Payment Due Date.

  • How should I make my Kay Jewelers LONG LIVE LOVE Credit Card payment?
    In-Store Payment:
    • You may continue to pay your bill in-store during normal store hours.
    • Please note as of October 22, 2017, when making a payment in store you will no longer be able to use credit and/or debit card to make your payment. You may still use cash or check when paying in store.
    On or Before October 21, 2017
    Online Payments - Visit Kay.com to make electronic payments to pay your account.
    Phone Payments - Please call the phone number on the back of your current Kay Jewelers LONG LIVE LOVE Credit Card.
    Mail-In Payments - Please continue mailing payments to Sterling at the address on your billing statement.

    On or After October 22, 2017
    Online Payments - Electronic payments available with Comenity Bank: register your account at comenity.net/kay
    Phone Payments - Phone payments available with Comenity Bank at (855) 506-2499 (TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788). Fee up to $15.00 may be charged for expedited payments by phone.
    Mail-In Payments - For all payments due on or after October 22, 2017, please mail payments to: Comenity Bank, PO BOX 659728, San Antonio, TX 78265-9728
  • What if I have repeat or scheduled payments set up to pay my current Kay Jewelers LONG LIVE LOVE Credit Card?

    Any repeat or scheduled payments to pay your account to occur on or after October 22, 2017 will not be processed by Sterling. Your current account settings and preferences at Kay.com, including automatic payments, will not be transitioned to your new account with Comenity Bank. Sterling will not process any repeat or scheduled payments after October 21, 2017. If you would like to set up new automatic payments, you may access the new account website at comenity.net/kay starting on October 22, 2017 and "Register for Online Access."

  • What will happen to my online access for my current account?
    You will not be able to access historical credit account information at Kay.com or receive alerts associated with that account after October 21, 2017. If you need transaction history for your records, please download and save your billing statements by October 20, 2017. On October 22, 2017 you will need to register your account on comenity.net/kay to continue your online account management. You will need to create a new username and password to log in using the account number on your credit card.
  • What if I have payments set up through my bank or another electronic bill payment service to pay my Kay Jewelers LONG LIVE LOVE Credit Card?
    If you have payments set up through another financial institution to pay your Kay Jewelers LONG LIVE LOVE Credit Card, effective on October 22, 2017 please update the payee information to Comenity Bank, PO BOX 659728, San Antonio, TX 78265-9728. This will ensure payments are not misdirected and may be posted to your account in a timely manner.
  • Will I continue to receive my credit card billing statement electronically?

    Previous account preferences such as paperless billing will not be transferred to your new account. You will need to re-enroll in this option to continue to receive your credit card billing statement electronically.

    If you wish to enroll in paperless billing, you may do so by visiting comenity.net/kay (Account Center) starting October 22, 2017. In order to register for Account Center, you will need to create a new username and password. You may use your current credit card account number when registering.

    You can confirm your billing address and other information on Account Center.

  • What if I have multiple users on my existing account?
    If you have authorized additional buyers, that information will be transferred to Comenity Bank. You will continue to get just one billing statement, which will include all transactions made by all users on the account.
  • Will I be receiving a new card in the mail?

    If you've recently shopped with your Kay Jewelers LONG LIVE LOVE Credit Card, we may be sending you a new card in November as long as your account remains open and in good standing. This new card will replace your current credit card and have a new account number.

    If you do not receive a new card in the mail, rest assured we can still look up your account in store. You may also contact us at (855) 506-2499 (TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788) to request a new card.

  • What if I have more questions about my Kay Jewelers LONG LIVE LOVE Credit Card?
    On or Before October 21, 2017

  • What if I received a notification in August from Sterling about changes to my account terms?

    Wisconsin Residents Only: If you previously received a notice of change regarding your Kay Jewelers and Kay Jewelers Outlet Retail Installment Credit Agreement, please note that the changes outlined in that notice will not apply to your account. Any future changes to your account terms will be provided by Comenity Bank. If you closed your account, your account will remain closed as requested. Your account will still transfer to Comenity Bank for servicing and you will remain responsible for making payments until the balance is paid in full.

  • What if I have more questions about my account transition?
