  • Why am I not receiving a new card?

If your account is not in good standing, you may not receive a new card during this transition. However, you are responsible for any remaining balance and must pay all amounts you owe on your account according to the terms of your Toyota Rewards Visa Credit Card Agreement. We will send you billing statements that show how much you owe.

Yes. You can continue to enjoy your choice of valuable Toyota Rewards and we are adding new ways to redeem your points, such as cash back as a statement credit, gift cards, and travel experiences through a new rewards catalog within the online account management tool. There will be a short black out period from September 23, 2015 until October 11, 2015 for customer point redemption. However, after the transition, you will now have the option to redeem points for a statement credit which can be applied toward transactions made during the blackout timeframe. Points redemption in dealership will commence again on October 11, 2015.
