On August 23, 2019 eligible HSN Credit Card accounts, currently issued by Comenity Capital Bank, will be acquired by Synchrony Bank. More information will be mailed in the coming months.   • How will I know if my account is eligible for transition?

    Additional information will be provided by Comenity Capital Bank, or Synchrony Bank in the coming months. You may be notified within your statement or in the mail.

  • When will my account transition?
    Eligible accounts will transition to Synchrony Bank on August 23, 2019.
  • Will I receive a new credit card from Synchrony Bank?

    Yes, if you are eligible for transition you will receive a new HSN Card with a new card number in September or October. If your account is in good standing, you will be able to utilize your current card for purchases until your new card arrives.

  • Can I still use my HSN Credit Card to make purchases?

    If your account is in good standing, you may continue to use your current card. If your account is eligible for transfer, you can continue to use your current card until you receive your new card from Synchrony Bank. If your account is not eligible for transfer you will be informed by Comenity Capital Bank and your account will be closed on August 23, 2019.

  • How do I make my payments if my account is eligible for transition to Synchrony Bank?

    Continue to make your payments until August 22, 2019 with Comenity Capital Bank in one of the following ways:

    1. Online: Make a payment now. Not signed in? Sign in now.
    2. Mail: Pay by mail. Not signed in? Sign in now.
    3. Phone: Call Customer Care at 1-888-724-6649 (TDD/TTY: 1-888-819-1918). An expedited fee may apply.

    If your account transitions to Synchrony bank:

    You will need to sign up for online account management with Synchrony Bank on or after August 26, 2019 at hsn.syf.com in order to make online payments.

    Any online payments scheduled with Comenity Capital Bank after August 22, 2019 will not be processed. 

    You can also make payments by mail or phone. Please reference your billing statement from Synchrony Bank for the payment address and phone number.

  • Will my benefits change during this transition?
    There will be a short time that VIP financing is not available beginning 8/16/2019 through 8/25/2019.
  • Will my statements still be available on Comenity Capital Bank's Account Center?

    Please ensure you log in and download any of your Comenity Capital Bank statements for your records prior to August 22, 2019 as accounts that transition will no longer have access to Comenity Capital Bank's online account management starting on August 23, 2019. 

    If your account is not eligible for transition to Synchrony Bank, Comenity Capital Bank will continue to service your account, and you will continue to have access to Comenity Capital Bank's online account management.

  • What will happen to my account if it is not eligible for transition to Synchrony Bank?

    If your account is not eligible for transition to Synchrony Bank, your account will be closed and you will no longer be able to make new purchases on your card as of August 23, 2019. Any outstanding balance will continue to be serviced by Comenity Capital Bank and you will be required to continue making monthly payments until your account is paid in full. Starting August 23 the Customer Care phone number for Comenity Capital Bank will change to 1-877-851-3121 (TDD/TTY: 1-888-819-1918).

  • How do I make my payments if my account does not transition to Synchrony Bank?

    Comenity Capital Bank will continue to service accounts not eligible for transfer.
