  • What is Comenity's EasyPay?
    Comenity's EasyPay is a way to pay your bill without requiring a username or password, or being registered in Account Center. We ask a few pieces of identifying information, then provide just enough access to make a payment without giving access to any other information from your account.
  • Is Comenity's EasyPay secure?
    Yes! You remain on comenity.net the entire time. We find your account using information we already have about you, and using this service limits access to only what's needed to pay your bill.
  • Will my checking account information be saved?
    If you have already made a payment online while signed in to Account Center, we will retrieve the information you provided then. You can add a checking account during this payment process, but it will not be saved until you register for Account Center.
  • Can I check my credit limit, access rewards or other activities if I sign in this way?
    No, this experience is limited to making a payment, and nothing more. You will be prompted at the end of paying your bill to register for Account Center, where you'll have full account access.
  • Can I edit or delete a payment made using Comenity's EasyPay?

    No, a payment can only be edited by either signing in or registering on Account Center, or calling Customer Care at 1-844-271-2593 (Visa) (TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788).

    If funds have not yet been transferred from your bank account, you may be able edit or delete a scheduled payment—depending on when and how you make your request.

    Deleting a Payment

    By Mail or Account Center's Secure Message Center:

    6:00 PM ET (Eastern Time), at least 3 business days before the scheduled payment date.

    Through Customer Care:

    7:59 PM ET (Eastern Time), at least 3 business days before the scheduled payment date.

    Account Center Online:

    11:59 PM ET (Eastern Time), on the day of your scheduled payment date. To delete a payment, visit the Payments page, then select the edit pencil located next to the scheduled payment you wish to delete.

    Editing a Payment

    To edit a payment, visit the Payments page, then select the edit pencil icon located next to the scheduled payment you wish to edit. If you do not have an Account Center account, please call 1-844-271-2593 (Visa) (TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788) during Customer Care hours (Monday - Saturday, 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. Eastern Time (ET); closed Sundays.

  • Can anyone access my account using Comenity's EasyPay?
    The information we require to use Comenity's EasyPay is specific to you and your account and should not be publicly available.
  • Does Comenity's EasyPay replace Account Center?
    No, Comenity's EasyPay only offers the ability to pay a bill. For full account management features, please register for Account Center.
  • Why won't my account information let me into Comenity's EasyPay?
    Please verify you are the primary cardholder, you're signing into the right brand card website and you're typing your information correctly. If you still aren't able to sign in, you can also try signing into Account Center to pay your bill. If you aren't registered for Account Center yet, you'll need to register first.
