Thank you for being a loyal Carson's cardmember. We regret to inform you that the YOUR REWARDS credit card program will be discontinued immediately due to The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. bankruptcy proceedings.

  • What will happen to my account?

    Your Carson's Credit Card account will no longer be accepted as a form of payment starting 04/19/2018. All open accounts will subsequently be closed on 06/26/2018. We will continue to serve you and service your account until your balance is paid in full.

    If you are enrolled in the Account Assure protection, your coverage will continue until you request it to be cancelled, or until your balance is paid in full. Please refer to the Account Assure terms and conditions for all benefit details and exclusions.

    If you have recently requested a replacement credit card, it will not be mailed. Please see your billing statement for your credit card account number.

  • What will happen to my credit card benefits?

    The YOUR REWARDS credit card program will be ending on 04/19/2018. Thus, credit card benefits will also be ending on 04/19/2018. Please see the details below on each individual benefit.

    • Rewards: No further rewards cards will be issued effective immediately. You will no longer be able to redeem previously issued rewards.
    • Birthday Offer: No further birthday offers will be issued effective immediately. You will no longer be able to redeem previously issued birthday offers.
    • Free Shipping: Because YOUR REWARDS credit cards will no longer be accepted as of 04/19/2018, the free standard shipping benefit has ended.
  • Will returns be accepted in store?

    Purchases made on or after 02/05/2018 on a Your Rewards credit card can be returned in store through end of business on 04/29/2018 for a refund to the Your Rewards credit card.

    We apologize for the inconvenience, but Carson's will not accept any returns after 04/29/2018.

  • How can I pay my bill?

    You can pay your bill using the following methods:

    1. Online: Make a payment now. Not signed in? Sign in now.
    2. Mail: Pay by mail. Not signed in? Sign in now.
    3. Phone: Call Customer Care at 1-855-567-7741 (TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788). An expedited fee may apply.

    Please note in store payments are no longer being accepted.
