  • How do I earn B-Rewards points?

    Buckle Cardholders earn one point for every dollar in merchandise (excluding taxes and shipping) charged on their Buckle Card.* For every 300 points accumulated during an earn period, Guests will receive a $10 B-Reward. The B-Rewards card is mailed at the end of the earn period.

  • When do B-Rewards cards expire?

    B-Rewards Cards expire approximately four to five weeks after they are mailed. Buckle BLACK and EXCLUSIVE cardmembers have an extended redemption for B-Rewards cards of 2 weeks.

  • How do I upgrade to Buckle BLACK or EXCLUSIVE?

    Guests must spend (excluding taxes and shipping) $500 for Buckle BLACK or $1,000 for Buckle EXCLUSIVE on their Buckle Card from January – December to earn and maintain Buckle BLACK or EXCLUSIVE card status and benefits. Only accounts in good standing will be upgraded.

  • I got upgraded to Buckle BLACK/EXCLUSIVE! When will I receive my new card & upgraded benefits?

    Congrats on your upgrade! You will be able to use your new benefits when you receive your new Buckle BLACK or EXCLUSIVE Credit Card in the next few weeks.

  • How does the reset process work?

    If annual spend requirements are not met during the program year (Jan. 1 – Dec. 31), your account will be reset to the appropriate tier. If you spend:

    • $0-$499 your status resets to Buckle Classic
    • $500-$999 your status resets to Buckle BLACK
  • I am an EXCLUSIVE Cardholder, how do I choose my own bonus points day?

    Thank you for being an EXCLUSIVE Cardholder! To use the Choose Your Own Bonus Points Day benefit, please bring your double points day barcode into stores and give to a Teammate when making a purchase. This barcode can be found on your Buckle Card statement. If you forget your barcode in-stores, please tell the Teammate you would like to use your Choose Your Own Bonus Points Day benefit as an EXCLUSIVE Cardholder. This benefit is valid only once a year and you may not combine this day with another Double Points event.

  • I am an EXCLUSIVE Cardholder, how does the Annual Thank You Gift work?

    Thank you for being an EXCLUSIVE Cardholder! Your annual thank you gift will arrive via mail in early spring. Accounts must be in good standing to receive the Thank You gift. You must have a net spend of $1,000 (excluding tax & shipping) in the plan year (Jan. 1 – Dec. 31) to qualify. Returns/refunds will be deducted to calculate net spend, which may result in a negative balance for qualification.

  • Why didn't I receive my birthday reward?
    Birthday wishes to you! To receive your birthday reward:
    • Your account must be in good standing.
    • You shopped with your Buckle Card in the last 18 months.
    • Your account's been active at least 30 days before your birthday month.
    • Your email address is on file. View or update your email.
