  • What is APR?

    Annual Percentage Rate, or APR, is the percentage you'll pay in a year to borrow money. APR includes the actual cost for borrowing the money, and/or the interest rate. There are a number of APR rates, or ways you may choose to use your credit card account.

    • Purchase APR is applied to all purchases you make with your credit card.
    • Balance Transfer APR is applied when you move or transfer an old balance to a new credit card.
    • Cash Advance APR is applied when you use your credit card to get funds via an ATM withdrawal.
  • My payment is due today. What's the latest I can make an online payment and not be charged a late fee?
    To avoid a late fee, you must pay at least the minimum amount due before 8PM EDT, on or before the due date.
  • Why is there a late fee on my Account?
    Late fees are assessed when you do not pay at least the Minimum Payment Due by the Payment Due Date. Any online payments submitted after 8PM EDT on your Payment Due Date are credited to your Account the next day, making them subject to a late fee. If you still believe the late fee is in error, please send us a message via Secure Message Center or contact Customer Care at 1-888-245-4064 (TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788).
  • How will I know when a variable APR has changed or been updated?
    Variable APRs change with the prime rate. For more detail about APRs, refer to your Credit Card Agreement. Your updated APR can be found on your billing statement. View your billing statements for the past 24 months. For statements not available online, please send us a message via Secure Message Center or call Customer Care at 1-888-245-4064 (TDD/TTY: 1-800-695-1788).
